Delete account

You can permanently delete your BLDLNE account from inside the app. Deletion removes your login and associated personal and kennel data stored in BLDLNE for that account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open BLDLNE on your device, sign in, go to Profile → Settings, then choose Delete account. Confirm when prompted. Your account is permanently deleted and you are signed out.

Web users can also sign in at app.bldlne.app, open Settings, and use the same Delete account control.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email from the address associated with your BLDLNE account and ask to delete your account. Include:

  • Your account email address.
  • A clear request to delete your account and associated personal information.

Data retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your login and the personal and kennel data stored in BLDLNE for that account.

Subscription and payment records remain with the billing provider you used (Stripe, Apple, or Google Play). BLDLNE may retain limited internal breeder-entity and verified-identity records used to operate account limits and verification checks. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Breeder subscriptions

If you have an active breeder subscription, cancel it before or when you delete your account. Cancel through the billing provider you originally used: Stripe for website purchases, Apple ID / App Store settings for iOS purchases, or Google Play for Android purchases. Deleting the BLDLNE app or account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. For billing questions, email .
