Delete account

Request deletion

You can update certain profile information within the app. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Email support@bldlne.app from the address associated with your BLDLNE account and ask to delete your account. Please include:

• Your account email address.
• A clear request to delete your account and associated personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account-related assistance by contacting us.

After a deletion request is processed, some information may still be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons, as noted in our Privacy Policy.

Stopping use of the Service

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate our Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Breeder subscriptions

If you have an active breeder subscription billed through Stripe, cancel your subscription before or when you request account deletion. For billing questions, subscription cancellations, or payment receipt requests, email support@bldlne.app and include the email used for your BLDLNE account and Stripe checkout.
