These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BLDLNE at https://bldlne.app and through our mobile application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BLDLNE (bldlne.app) is a platform that helps dog breeders create profiles, showcase available dogs, manage pedigree and health information, and connect with people searching for dogs.
You may use BLDLNE only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Certain features, including breeder identity verification and other features designated by BLDLNE as age-restricted, are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By accessing or using an age-restricted feature, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BLDLNE complies with applicable laws and regulations in your location.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
Certain breeder features, including publishing a public profile and appearing in search, require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. BLDLNE Breeder Pro may be purchased through different billing providers depending on the platform used, including Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable billing provider to charge your selected payment method according to the plan and price shown at purchase.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally managed by the billing provider through which the subscription was originally purchased. Users must manage or cancel their subscription through the original purchase method. Deleting the BLDLNE app or account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are also subject to the terms presented at purchase, applicable store policies, and our Refund Policy.
Subscription prices may vary by platform, country, currency, taxes, and storefront. The price displayed by the applicable billing provider at the time of purchase controls.
If you create a breeder profile or list dogs, litters, or puppies on BLDLNE, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content you publish and the communications you have with other users.
BLDLNE may offer verification, trust scores, badges, or review workflows. These features are intended to promote transparency but do not guarantee the quality, health, legality, or suitability of any breeder, dog, or transaction.
Verification status is not a substitute for your own due diligence.

You retain ownership of content you submit to BLDLNE. You grant BLDLNE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service. Content you choose to make public may be displayed to other users according to the features and settings of the Service.
Private verification materials, including documents, photos, and other information submitted for identity, kennel, dog, or other verification purposes, are not public content and will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without your permission. BLDLNE may process such materials only as reasonably necessary to perform verification, prevent fraud, maintain security, enforce our policies, and comply with applicable law.
BLDLNE provides tools for discovery, verification, and communication between users. BLDLNE is not a breeder, buyer, seller, broker, veterinarian, animal registry, or party to any transaction or agreement between users.
User-submitted information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. A BLDLNE verification indicates only that the specific verification checks identified by the Service were completed at a particular time. Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee of a breeder, kennel, dog, pedigree, health condition, breeding practice, availability, identity beyond the checks performed, or the outcome of any transaction.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making their own decisions before entering into any agreement or transaction.
The Service may not always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and features may change over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLDLNE and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
BLDLNE is not responsible for losses arising from user-submitted content, communications between users, agreements or transactions between users, off-platform payments, reliance on listings or representations made by users, or actions taken by breeders, seekers, or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
