Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BLDLNE complies with applicable laws in your location.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

Breeder subscriptions

Certain breeder features, including publishing a public profile and appearing in search, require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to the plan shown at checkout, currently BLDLNE Breeder Pro at $19.99 per month unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the terms presented at checkout and in our Refund Policy. You may manage billing through the Stripe customer portal where available.

Breeder responsibilities

If you create a breeder profile or list dogs, litters, or puppies on BLDLNE, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content you publish and the communications you have with other users.

• You will provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your profile and listings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of health documents, pedigree information, registration details, photos, videos, and any other materials you upload or display.
• You will not misrepresent the health, lineage, availability, pricing, or identity of any dog, litter, or puppy.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable animal welfare, breeding, sales, and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will communicate honestly and professionally with buyers, adopters, and other users.

Verification and trust features

BLDLNE may offer verification, trust scores, badges, or review workflows. These features are intended to promote transparency but do not guarantee the quality, health, legality, or suitability of any breeder, dog, or transaction.

Verification status is not a substitute for your own due diligence.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Upload false, infringing, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Circumvent subscription, verification, or access controls.

Content ownership and license

You retain ownership of content you submit to BLDLNE. By submitting content, you grant BLDLNE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. BLDLNE DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THE ACCURACY OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT. BLDLNE IS A PLATFORM THAT FACILITATES DISCOVERY AND COMMUNICATION; WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO AGREEMENTS BETWEEN BREEDERS AND BUYERS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLDLNE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
