Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical data needed to operate the platform.

• Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Breeder profile information such as kennel name, location, bio, photos, videos, dog listings, litter details, and puppy availability.
• Uploaded documents and media, including health records, registration details, pedigree information, and identity verification materials submitted for review.
• Communications sent through the platform, including messages between breeders and dog seekers.
• Basic usage and analytics data, such as pages viewed, feature interactions, device type, and general app performance information.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Create and manage user and breeder accounts.
• Display breeder profiles, dogs, litters, and related content to other users.
• Process subscriptions and billing through providers such as Stripe, Apple, and Google Play.
• Support verification, moderation, and trust-related features.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
• Monitor security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment processing

BLDLNE Breeder Pro may be purchased through different billing providers depending on the platform used, including Stripe for website purchases, the Apple App Store for iOS app purchases, and Google Play for Android app purchases. When you purchase or restore a subscription, the applicable billing provider processes your payment. BLDLNE may receive limited subscription information, such as the product purchased, transaction identifier, purchase status, renewal status, expiration date, platform, and entitlement status. BLDLNE does not receive your complete payment-card information or account password from Apple, Google Play, or Stripe.

We may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status for Apple App Store and Google Play purchases. Each billing provider’s handling of payment data is governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

How we share information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With other users, when you publish a breeder profile, dog listing, litter, or other public content on the platform.
• With service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, analytics, identity verification, subscription management, and payment processing partners like Stripe, Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of BLDLNE and its users.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Data retention

We retain the information described in this policy while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service features you use, including account profiles, kennel and listing content, messaging, verification materials, and subscription status stored in BLDLNE.

If you delete your account in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), we delete your login and the personal and kennel data stored in BLDLNE for that account, including your profile, kennel content, dogs, litters, breeding timelines, in-app messages connected to your account, and related uploads tied to that account.

Subscription and payment records for purchases made through Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play are retained by those billing providers under their own policies. Deleting your BLDLNE account does not cancel an active subscription with those providers. BLDLNE may retain limited internal breeder-entity and verified-identity records used to operate account limits and verification checks after account deletion.

Your choices

You can update certain profile information within the app. You can permanently delete your account under Profile → Settings → Delete account. Details are also on our Delete account page. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Minors

BLDLNE is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to BLDLNE, please contact us at support@bldlne.app.

Certain features, including breeder identity verification and other age-restricted services, are available only to individuals who meet the applicable age requirements described in our Terms and Conditions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
